Online coaching gets a bad name because most of it is a PDF and a thumbs-up emoji. That’s not what this is. You get a real program built for you, video check-ins where I watch you move, and a coach who answers when you reach out.

Everything lives in an app: what to do, how to do it, what you lifted last time. No guessing, no digging through old texts.
I still see your form
You send me video of your lifts and I send back corrections. It’s not the same as standing next to you, but it’s a lot closer than going it alone, and it keeps you honest.
Good for travel and odd hours

Nothing complicated. Here’s what the first few weeks actually look like.
We start with an assessment
First time we meet, I watch how you move, ask what hurts and what you’ve already tried, and get clear on what you’re after. No real workout yet.
I write your program
Then I build it by hand, around what I saw. It changes as you do, but it’s never something I handed to anybody else.
We train
At your place, the studio, or over video when you’re traveling. I’m watching your form, adjusting the load, and keeping you honest.
We adjust as you go
Every few weeks I re-check and change what isn’t working. That’s how you keep making progress instead of stalling out.

How does online personal training work?
You get a custom program in an app, video check-ins with Eldridge, and same-day answers when you have a question. It's real coaching, just delivered remotely.
Do I need a gym to train online?
No. Eldridge builds your program around whatever you have, from a full gym to a pair of dumbbells at home, and adjusts as your setup changes.
Do I have to live in Chicago?
No. Online coaching works anywhere. The in-person, in-home, and studio options are for clients on the North Shore and in Chicago.
