Questions I get a lot.

Do you really come to my house?

Yes. For most clients, that’s the whole point. I bring the session to your home across Chicago and the North Shore, so there’s no drive, no waiting, and no crowd. If you’d rather keep the workout out of the house, we can use a private studio instead.

I don’t have any equipment. Is that a problem?

Not at all. If your building has a gym, we’ll use it. If you’ve got a couple of dumbbells, great. If you’ve got nothing, I bring what we need and plenty can be done with bodyweight to start. We build from wherever you are.

What areas do you cover?

Chicago and the North Shore: Evanston, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Highland Park, Lake Forest, and Glenview. If you’re a little outside that or you travel a lot, we can train over video.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how often we train and which format you use. I’d rather talk it through on a free call than quote a number that doesn’t fit your situation. There’s no contract to start.

I’m coming back from an injury. Can you still work with me?

Often, yes, once you’re cleared to train. I’m not a physical therapist, but the stretch between “cleared” and “back to normal” is where I do a lot of my best work. If you’ve got a PT or doctor with instructions, I’ll build on those.

I’ve never trained before. Will I be out of my depth?

No. A lot of my clients start from zero. We learn the basic movements first, in private, with no one watching, and we go exactly as fast as you’re ready to. Teaching you is the job.

How often will we train?

Most clients do two or three sessions a week to start. We’ll figure out what actually fits your schedule on the first call, because the best plan is the one you’ll keep.

What if I travel for work?

Then the program travels with you. I coach plenty of people over video and a custom app for the weeks they’re on the road, so you don’t lose the momentum you’ve built.

Still wondering?

Just ask me.

If your question isn’t here, call or text and I’ll answer it straight.
