How It Works
Nothing about this is complicated. Here’s exactly what happens, from the first call to a few months in.
1. A free call
We talk through what you want, how your week looks, and whether I’m the right person for it. No pitch. If I’m not a fit, I’ll say so.
2. An assessment
First session, I watch how you move, ask what hurts and what you’ve tried, and figure out where you’re actually starting. No real workout yet.
3. Your program
Then I build it by hand, around what I saw. It changes as you do, but it’s never something I handed to anyone else.
4. We train
At your place, a private studio, or over video when you’re traveling. I’m watching your form, adjusting the load, and keeping you honest.
5. We adjust
Every few weeks I re-check and change what isn’t working, so you keep making progress instead of stalling out.
